USA, what I do love about Carrol is that they are reaching out to the youth clubs and building relationships with the solid youth coaches/programs. When you aren't loaded, facing loaded teams, you show your mettle as a coach.

What I described is what Rick was used to having in the county. He usuall sent two or three off of his front line to college full ride. Be it a Tackle, TE or DE. He doesn't have that. his best players are all skill guys.

USA... They need at least one D1 prospect and 3 D1AA or D2 caliber guys up front before they will becom a 4 to 7 win team. But two years ago, those kids wouldn't have even thought about Carrol. They are at least listening. And kids are learning that you won't get seen if you arent on the feild. Bench at Dematha, St Johns, Good Cousel or pt at Carrol?

Carrol should be 3-2. Once they get a line to go with the skill players, they'll be able to compete in the WCAC. I've watched tapes... they are losing at the line of scrimmage.

I've watched the coaching and there were maybe four or five coaching staffs that I would really put on any type of pedastal... and out jr.m have bumped with W.O. the past two years straight.... and they will be ready to give them a go, win lose or draw, they'll be ready and they'll fare better than most of the other teams in D1, i believe.
